The guidelines and policies in this manual are designed to be used by building management personnel at the California Department of Education building in Sacramento.
The manual is also being made available to other state of California agencies, as well as the general public, as an example of a policy manual that meets the criteria of several LEED-EB (Leadership for Energy and Environmental Design-Existing Building) credits requiring management policies.
