Cal Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo Solar Project

Project Description: 976 solar photovoltaic modules configured in 9 arrays, with the capacity to generate 175 kWdc of peak power and 252,211 kilowatt hours of energy per year, installed by SunEdison LLC, with the cooperation and approval of California State University.

The solar photovoltaic system encompasses approximately 15,700 square feet on the roof of the West Engineering building on the CSU campus located in San Luis Obispo.

The electricity generated from this project will be delivered directly to the campus under a power purchase agreement with SunEdison LLC, who will own and maintain the system. Construction was completed in October 2006
